Chocolate Chip Cookies


Ingredient List:

Butter: 1 stick and 2 tbsp. (140 grams)
Granulated Sugar: 1/2 cup (90 grams)
Brown Sugar: 2/3 cup (113 grams)
Eggs: 2
Vanilla: 1 teaspoon (6 grams)
OS Flour: 2 1/4 cups (255 grams)
Salt: 1/2 teaspoon (3 grams)
Baking Soda: 1/2 teaspoon (3 grams)
Dark Chocolate Chips: 1 cup (100 grams)
Milk Chocolate Chips: 1/2 cup (60 grams)

Steps to Prep:
1.   Preheat oven to 350°F no fan
2.   Mix wet ingredients: sugars and butter into bowl or mixer until fluffy
3.   Add eggs one at a time until incorporated
4.   Mix chocolate chips into wet ingredients
5.   In a separate bowl mix dry ingredients: OS flour, salt, and baking soda until well combined
6.   Fold wet ingredients into dry ingredients
7.   Bake now or for best results refrigerate dough overnight
8.   Place balls of dough on cookie pan with 3” of space between cookie / edge of pan
9.   Bake for 9-13 minutes (longer if you like them more crispy)
